Default Nutserts help

Anyone know where to get a nutsert tool that will crush the enormous nutserts for the TeraFlex third row seat brackets? I have gone to every part store in my area and everyone looked at me stupid and said I have never heard of a nutsert.
Or has anyone made a tool?

Harbor freights won't work- I was in the same boat. Ended up borrowing one from a friend. I tried making my own, but it wouldn't work as well as I hoped.
