First, can a NVG241OR transfer case from a 2005 unlimited Rubicon be swapped into a 2007 unlimited X?

Second, if so, would this be a direct bolt in swap or are there issues with spline counts between models of vehicle?

Third, if this can be done as a direct bolt in, is $800 for this t-case with 28,000 miles a good deal?

its a bolt in as long as you get one for the same tranny. like if you have an auto make sure the rubicon was an auto.

 

Does this matter that this will be from a TK into a JK?
