O2 sensors...
I hear there is four, are they all the same, or do u have to buy the right one for that area? Also my dealership said it was covered, fed emissions warranty.. and they put em on and let me go free of charge.. got a phone call today saying it was going to be 160 for the o2 sensors.. so I'm letting them take their gold sensors back and gonna try to find them somewhere cheaper

Thats a good price if they replaced all 4 even for 2 . If you want to spend $20 for o2 sensors then thats your right but you will probably be spending another $20 in the near future. How many miles do you have on your jeep with the original sensors I would be willing to bet you dont get that mileage out of $20 sensors.

I mean, if that's a good price, I will just let it go and keep them, and dish out the 160, I figured they were just pricing them high... any insight?

You have cheap o2 sensors that are universal but wont last. Then you have quality o2 sensors that cost a little more and last a long time. Trust me the dealer is not screwing you on this one.

If you saw an O2 sensor for $20 it was an OLD obd1 style, last time I bought one of those (1998) it was $18.49. OBD2 sensors typically range from $50 to $130 and you just replace them as they fail so no need to do all four.

JK sensors aren't that expensive -- Bosch 02's can be found for under $30 -- and I would not hesitate in the least to run those.
Denso seems to be more expensive -- approximately twice that. Bosch invented the 02...so... I'd stick with them. Plus, I believe they are commonly OEM equipment.
