Thankyou Jay2013jk. You solved my problem. I got a icar pro on amazon for $35 and a License for jscan for $20. The module was under Misc. I enabled the defogger and then the wiper. Worked like a charm and took the stress out of having to deal with my local dealer.

Jscan is super handy tool to have. I have a BlueDriver too but I still use Jscan for diagnostics cuz it's so much faster than BD. It's worth it for diagnostics alone so the programming features are just gravy on top. Didn't know that those features had to be turned on or even that Jscan could to it. Add one more thing to that list. Glad you got things situated!

I have AlfaODB it probably can do that cost $50 for unlimited usage. Jscan is lot easier to use but you pay by the VIN number for $50 it's 3 vins seems like Jscan has better support through their facebook. I'm not too happy with AlfaODB wish I had gone with Jscan looking back but I only needed it to program some keys for my RAM 2500.
