Default Occasional Clicking?

I am experiencing occasional clicking in the front area of the Jeep. It is a 3" FT lift.

Ideas??

I had/have the same issue. Does it happen when over bumps, and when accelerating and decelerating? I traced it down to my driver's side bushing area on the front track bar. I layed under the jeep and basically pressed up on the trackbar and could simulate the clicking. Do you have the adjustable front TB?

Holy crap I just thought the same thing yesterday and today... I have a FT 3"... It happens on mine when I accelerate and decelerate. At first I thought it was the throttle cable, till I decelerated... Just like you I wasn't sure it didn't already do it though

Hey, where did you find the fabtech 3"? How do you like it and what came with it? Mine is on order with les schwab but they hadnt had any info about the kit. I have to call them today. Is there a site with the kit? Thanks.

Rubiman, there was another thread some where bout this but cant remember. Mine does it too, feels like its clicking on the column and only when its completely warmed up and only when going over bumps....Did you try greasing? Let us know....I ts driving me nuts...

I had the same issue with clicking, it ended up being the rubber bushings on the upper part of the adjustable track bar. I took the track bar off and ordered new bushing but havn't tried to reinstall it yet.

I think what happened was that I orvertightened it and possibly bent the brackets where it installs at? I know I bent the lowers and had to bend it back for the stock track bar to work. Just some food for thought.

Try pulling up and pushing down on the front to recreate the sound. Might take 2 people.
