Default Odd "thunk" feeling in steering..

Well, not sure if this is typical not not.

Anyway, I have noticed that I have a small 'thunk' feeling as i turn the wheel to the right or left after just a little travel. It is pretty reproducible. We got under the jeep and checked to make sure everything was tight and it is.

Is this something abnormal or common after lifts, tires and wheelin?

Mine has an odd thump also. It's a rubicon and I think its a bit of looseness in the electric disconect. Everything is tight and I can't reprodue it while I'm under it....
