wow... that looks like a mess to install. can't help you with instructions or anything, but i am wondering... can you take a picture of that switch pannal from behind before you install it. i am thinking of doing the locker mod on mine and been thinking of trying to re-uses the stock switches but haven't had the time to take them out and look at the rear to see what kind of connector they have.

I don't think you can, I thought of it untill I cracked open one switch panel to see an IC and one pulse click base swtich that will be useless to hot wire without being hooked to the computer.

Hmm...that's a lot of harness. The part number for that harness is specific to the Rubi I assume?

I cant help you w/ the oe harness but it is possible to wire the locker w/out it. I have the front and rear rubi axels on my x and they are wired so that they will engage in any drive setting for the rear and in 4hi or low for the front. They are wired to a few toggles on the dash. I know that doesnt help but possibly an alternative.

I bought that same harness when I added my front Rubi44. No way was I going to run that mess of wiring. I just cut the plugs off and ran them to a 5amp fuse to a toggle with a cover on it. Works great, plus I have a spare end in case I break one off.

Don't touch the harness. The buttons just connect to the ECU which controls the lockers, swaybar and ESP. Any mods should be done to the output of the ECU, possibly by using an interposing relay, but I haven't seen a decent schematic for the JK's yet.

well if you wire it from the stock switch. it will limit the use of the locker.
