Question Off Center Rear End...

If my rear axle has been off center, about an inch too far to passenger side for a coupla' months, what, if any, damage could have been inflicted to Jeep?

none. at best, your driver side rear tire side wall may have come into contact with the swaybar but i think you would have noticed that.

It sounds like you need an adjustable rear trac-bar.
