Default Offset Q's??

I am looking at getting some 18x9 Moto Metal 951's, the offset that is avail is +18mm, is that enough offset to run 35's? Will the tires stick out too far to run a 35x13.50 or will they not be enough? What does that equate to in inches?? ( I skipped the day we covered measurement conversions in shcool)!! Let me know, thanks!!

it means your offset will be somewhere between 4.25" (13mm+) - 4" (26mm+)
