But
my jeep is my dd. and i travel pretty much. so how it bad for gas milage and high speed riding? (70-80mph)

In the desert I do about 75-77 for 40 miles one way to work on pretty flat roads. I have my stock Rubi gears, 3" lift, and 35" Toyos and get 14.5-15MPG.

I have 4" with 35's, highway mileage isn't too bad. Stop and go will kill you though. It's a worthy compromise you'll enjoy. I just picked up a flashpaq to play with. Gained some mileage back but still tweaking the programs.

I don't know 100% sure I never ran 33's, but you'll maybe get 1-2more MPG due to less wind resistance and weight. 33's are better for a DD that doesn't do a large amount of wheeling IMO. My 08 is more of a toy that I take to work ever few weeks.
