Old Man Emu or 2.5" Teraflex
I have the TeraFlex 2.5" with shocks - went with JKS track bars front and back - very happy. My favorite TeraFlex product is the front bumper - the boss (my wife) insisted on that bumper with the Warn Powerplant - that setup is so nice - and she paid for it!
No hat though! Darn!

The only thing Teraflex that hasnt worked out for me was a hat. I have this kick ass black fitted teraflex hat, that would fit the head of a 3 year old perfectly. You tera guys must have tiny lil heads!
Anyway,
Teraflex parts and service is the best I have dealt with. Old man emu makes good products too. I am currently running old man emu long travel shocks on a teraflex 3" with full flex arms. Works great, rides great. To me it is like this, do you want a complete kit or shocks and springs? I think the tera kit is a little more complete, but both are fantastic and wont let you down.

Just installed the OME HD on my rubicon...ride quality is definitely improved. Also used the JKS F&R adjustable track bars and adjustable sway bar links from Northridge. It amazed me that the ride on the street is better with the hd springs.
On Wed and Thru I installed the OME LT HD kit from Northridge. I love it. The ride is great. This may be a "Frankenstien" kit but it is made up with the best of the best. Teraflex makes a great product but with the OME LIft you get currie control arms, sway bar connects, JKS front and rear adjustable trac bars, Brake lines, and the OME springs and shocks are about as good as it gets. However the ride may be a little to smooth for some.
A couple of questions, concerns, recomendations, etc.
1. The kit doesn't come with directions but the Project JK write up on the main page from when wayolif put the kit on NEMO is way better than black and white instructions from a company.
I have never put on a lift kit and I had no trouble putting it on.
I would have loved to have had some starting deminsions for the length of control arms, track bars etc. with an explination of why they need to be that deminsion.
2. Make sure you have Gear Wrench type wrenches they are a must.
Also either rent or buy coil spring compressors, they are a must.
3. If you don't have a Rubicon make sure you order sway bar disconnects.
4. I wish I had ordered the 1" teraflex pucks for the front and rear(with cone) instead of using the spring retainers on the rear. You will still need to use the lower spring retainer / washer on the rear. Plus it will give you an extra inch of lift.

I'm having the same issue comparing lifts. I'm looking at OME light duty and the Teraflex 2.5". I'm trying to keep it low enough to keep my drive shafts for a long time and to get away with stock CA's.
Teraflex quotes lift of 3.5 front and 2.5 rear, and from what I read the OME Light Duty is about 2.5, so pretty much the same. Costs are pretty comparable and I'll be running Bilstien 5100's with either spring, so I'm torn.
Don't plan on running heavy bumpers, I may built light subbies, so weight isn't a big concern...

I have run the OME HD kit from northridge for over a year now. Great kit, great ride quality, and super easy install. I did it by myself @ home in 4 hours. I have added armor and alot of other weight and have experianced no sagging or swaying at all. I netted 3.5" with the HD coils, and 35s fit no problems with minor (very minor) rubbing @ full stuff.
IMO the OME kit is the way to go. I believe the OME coils are unmatched in overall quality and do not sagg when they "settle in." The actual OME shocks are great quality and hold up to our nasty Wisconsin winters very well, with no blemishes in the finish after 50K miles of salt any road grime.
I have not needed new driveshafts and do not have any clearance problems in the front on the skid, even with the auto tranny. The Jeep drives better now than it did stock
I have never owned a TF kit....but they are well liked and I have a TF steering stabilizer, and plan on gettting new control arms in the future from TF as well.
Either way, they are both great kits and I am sure you will be happy with either one.

I have TF 2.5 with shock extension,295/70/18 nitto trail grapplers(34s) on stock wheels.I installed lift 3 weeks ago took about 4.5 hrs. I'm really happy with it. No CA's or adjustable track bars. The ride is a little stiffer than stock but it drives great. I have stock front bumper with warn winch plate and warn 9.5ti winch and there is only a 1/4 inch of difference from front to back so its sits pretty level. Will add front TB,dicos, and lt shocks when I get the extra cash.. This is my DD and weekend toy.9

I'll post some pics when I get a chance to put them on.
