Sure I'll get those as well. I won't be lifting for a little bit so I haven't picked out everything I want exactly, but of course the proper parts for the best riding, best performing kit will be purchased. All in good time I suppose...

Default The shocks are great!

There shocks are worthy putting in regardless of the lift you have. Being such I emailed ARB USA about there shock compressed/extended lengths to replace the ones that came with my tera lift kit.

When I was looking at lifting a TJ a couple years ago, I talked to Eastern Offroad in Va Beach about OME, and they had nothing but bad things to say. Of course they didn't sell them. I've since heard nothing but bad things- about Eastern Offroad, and nothing but good things about OME.

Without a doubt, OME has established itself as one of the premier, if not penultimate, suspension system manufacturers in the business. Where they really became well-noted is with the Land Cruiser, an immensely popular vehicle in the Australian outback. I also know that OME is about the only name ever mentioned for Land Cruiser and Land Rover suspension kits. This is definitely the kit I will be buying. Pretty much from suspension, to air lockers, to a front bumper, ARB will be getting a huge chunk of my money in the not-too-distant future.

Any thoughts on how the Donahoe Racing lift might stack up to the OME?

I ran OME suspension on my 97 TJ Sport for 6 years, was totally happy with it. The lift, though they don't call it a lift, was around 2.25", and the ride was excellent. It allowed 31" tires with no issues, and you could put a 32" with aftermarket wheels with less backspacing. I will probably look into replacing my Teraflex BB with this when it comes out. I'm thinking 33" tires with no issues, which is what I have anyway.

Somewhere, sometime, I read a blurb about OME offering a suspension for TJ Rubicons that would allow 33" tires, that was in the 3.5-4" range in lift...does that ring a bell with anyone?
