My old model is great. No issues other then a little wind noise at the a pillars. They didn't fix that in the nx model though.

The only upside to the nx is removable rear side windows.

Ok. Thanks for the input. How do the metal door surrounds work for you. Hey looked a little odd compared to the factory plastic ones

No real problems with old style top. Some things that you just have to realize that you will get used to are:

1. Hard to put top back on without it being warm out. If it is not hot enough the fabric will not stretch enough so you will have a wider gap at the front pillars than needed which will result in more wind noise than usual.
2. Don't force the tailgate connector, otherwise it may snap. (Bestop will send replacement part though for free)
3. Get some leakage if water is sitting on roof and you turn. Sometimes water will leak in and down doors. (Not much)

But this top looks awesome to me, and is easy enough to roll back and hook in if a sudden rain storm comes. One thing though is that we do put the hard top back on if we are going on a long high way drive.(personal preference)

Yeah, I thought it was a cheap way out by bestop, but they actually dont work that bad. They have minimal air leaks, and don't leak water. I like my old factory surrounds better but these aren't too bad.

Mine is great...had it for 2 years now....no leaks rips or tears. I personally would like to have the new version, because of the removable windows and it seems a little easier to work with when its cold and such, but I do love mine and it works great. oh one thing, Dont put the static stickers on the windows though...they melt to it

Good point. I think the one I am buying might have it. Hopefully it isn't stuck too bad. Any remedies for removing a melted one ?
