Olympic Reversa-Bars and Rear Bumper?

On both models they can mount up and down. Thats the point of them being reversible. They are made of 2" .120 wall tubing and bolt to the frame without drilling. Ive lifted the whole side of the jeep off the ground with a hi lift and the bars didnt move at all.

The only problem is that at $399, they are dangerously close in price to the Shrockworks rails, which are about $60-80 more. I don't think I would ever mount them down and the Shrockworks look a bit beefier.
