Default OME coil install questions

I am running a TF 2.5" BB with spacers and shock adapters... couple questions about the swap to level it out with the OME HD springs.

Just basing on the info here and my own assumptions what would I need to remove to make room for the swap:

disconnect sway bar
disconnect track bar
i think i can get away with just removing the bolts on the lower shock mount
i read a write up about removing the skid plate... i know its easy, but is it a must?
how critical are spring compressors?

the main question... Dave at northridge told me, but i forgot

i know i remove the TF coil spacers... but do i need to (or should I) remove the bump stop extensions?

thanks all!
