....it all depends how hard you'll go offroad. Personally I'd go with the Rough Country and shocks.

i don't think that i will go very hard.
my realy problem is that this jk is my only ride ,so i travel with it on and off road. my wife complains of her back with the stock suspension.
i live in Geece and everything is three times up(tf 2,5 bb cost 680$) so i need something for everything.

The OME is great, but it will give you a little more than 2" closer to 3.25", but the ride with the OME springs and shocks is super, way better than stock.

It all depends how much you want to spend too. The OME is a really nice lift, but its gonna cost you alot more then the other spacer BB's. I consider it more of an Econo spring lift then a real BB.

We ran the Tera BB for about 10K and loved it. IMO its the most complete BB out there.

You say you won't be wheeling that hard but I would suggest if your going to spend the money, spend it as though you were. I didn't think I would be doing any hard wheeling but very soon started haveing too much fun with guys I met and soon enough we were on the Rubicon trail and loving it. So I guess I'm just suggesting you buy more than you think you'll need so if you do get more into rock crawling etc. you won't have to toss what you have and start over.

Oh yeah......... I got the Black Diamond 3" lift and Full Traction M-Force shocks. Not very expensive and they're working out well for me.

The 2.5 Teraflex (w/TF shocks) has worked out great for me. Ride is equal to or better than stock.
