One man bumper install?
I got my LoD rear bumper/carrier yesterday. I'm wondering if I'm crazy to try to install it by myself? I have it up on saw horses and it looks pretty close to the same height as the bumper (haven't backed up to it yet). I'm not a big guy. In the crate, I could barely move the thing. Uncrated it seems more manageable, but I still couldn't hold it up and put a bolt in at the same time. I'll need to be clever.
Ignore the fact that it looks like I'm installing on the front of a Scout right now:

i had a buddy help me...but it wasnt 100% necessary...all he did was tell me what to do. but we just used a big floor jack and a piece of wood under the trailer hitch toget it up there...also if you hold the bumper level behind the jeep....you can walk it in to the rear of the jeep and let it rest on the frame...it will sit there perfectly till you get a whole lined up
Cool. I was just looking over the instructions too. I thought that maybe the weight of the bumper was held up by bolts, but I see it will fit over the rear crossmember.
I can't find any instructions for the door-link tire carrier... If anyone knows how to get them, let me know. I'm going to start a new thread though, to get more eyes.
