Have you looked into anything from these guys? ht tp://www.gemini-sales.com
Pricing is pretty good and they're in Vancouver so shipping should be cheap (ish) and no duties or customs fees. I've bought quite a bit of stuff from them and so far so good.

you wont have to do gears at all, unless you want to. I am running 33's with 3.21's and an auto, it is just fine, I would like to get the fears done, but it's just fine. with 35's, 4.10's and manual you'll be ok. If you can afford more down the line then do it, but I would use the money else where as of now.

I do not run this kit, but have heard from many that the rock crawler 2.5 kit will give you more than 2.5. so I would not worry about rubbing with the 35's and not sorry about going to the 3.5.

Didn't meant to hijack. Just thought I had a pretty similar question on the lift type.

Yep, Toyo MT's. Recon 10,500 winch. And I'd go for the PS rear bumper/carrier. Do it right the first time.

Thanks for all the tips. Here's my shopping list now. I've done alot of phone calls / price matching and beating between dealers, just trying to get the most for what I have to work with.

1. Poison Spyder Brawler Lite front bumper - $662.99
2. Rigid Dually D2 with brackets - $379.00 (Might skip on these..)
2. Rigid 10" Front combo LED with brackets - $399.00
3. Smittybilt XRC 8 Winch - $329.00
4. 35"x12.5x15 BFG KM2 MT tires x 5 - $1,623.72
5. Rock Krawler 2.5 Max Travel - $1425.99
6. AEV Procal - $164.99

Total so far > $4984.69 (If no D2's = $4605.69)

This is in CAN$ funds. Not bringing anything across the border to keep costs down, and installing it all myself. For those Canucks that are looking for a good deal on tires, check out www tiretrends dot com. They are out of Langley BC, and I think affiliated with the TireRack franchise in the US. A decent selection, but great prices. almost 200$ a tire difference for me here on Vancouver Island.

Lastly, I'm going to be selling my stock 17" Moabs and BFG KM's as a combo, I'll be going with MB72's in matte black, 15x8 with 4" backspacing (May have to shave my calipers a tiny bit). I'll worry about a rear bumper afterwards, and store the spare flat in the back instead of ruining my tail gate.
