Default Ordered my Good Year Duratracs!!!

I am new to Jeeps (only had mine 6 weeks). Jumped off and ordered my duratracs today. So excited to lose my anmemic stock tires. They will be put on Friday! It was between Duratracs, BFG AT KOs and Grapplers...I am happy with my decision....only took about two weeks to decide. Amazing how hard it can be to decide what the right choice is! Gotta go changetirest in my profile!!!

Congrats. Post some pics of the new tires when they come in. My first set of new tires were Duratracs and I liked them a lot. I'm sure you will like the difference too.

Congrats you'll lov'em. I'm extremely happy with every aspect of the tire...other than not opting for 35's

Ordered myself a set of 315/70R17 Duratracs also this week along with wheels. Haven't heard a bad thing about these tires and they look pretty cool. Be sure to post pictures when you get them mounted.

I have been looking at these on Tire Rack everyday since I got my JKU.

I think the Duelers have to go before next winter.

Is there an aftermarket for low mileage Duelers?

Should I do it now instead.

The Duelers have ~2500 miles on them.

Thoughts?

I'm doing the GY Duratracs as well... only I am going with a 33x12.50x15. A local GY shop here met the price from TreadDepot.com and I am happy. I am still futzing with which wheel to use... but the Duratracs are definitely the tire.

Congrats on the upgrade. I have seen these in action and can say they perform very similar to a mud tire. Good choice!
