opps--too much of the black stuff..

i removed, then painted over tjhe screws that mount the rear seatbelts..not i can thread the nut for the seatbelt..

any suggestions(aside from don't drink & herculine)

editing because i guess i misread your post. its gonna be a PIA to strip them, but thats the best option to clean the threads. try a die to clean the treads up.

x3...that will probably be your only solution, unless you want to start drilling and welding and a whole lot more...IMO

Try some MEK. You can find some at Lowes or Home Depot. If you do use that, wear proper protection!!! Gloves and googles as it is nasty stuff and in a well ventilated area.
