Default overcompresed coils?

Since doing a fender chop, i no longer need my front lower extended bump stops to keep my tires out of the fenders.
My question is, if i remove them, will i overcompress my coils at full stuff?

bumpstop extensions are designed to prevent the over compression of your coils. the fact that they prevent rubbing of your fenders is just an added bonus. you should leave them in place.
