P0132 and P0152

Default P0132 and P0152
OK, so was getting P0132, bank 1 sensor 1 high voltage. Changed O2 sensor. cleared trouble codes. Wasn't a quarter mile from the house when P0132 and P0152 came back in. Now I have high voltage in bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1. Open to comments, suggestions and conversation.
