P0430 and P0420 Code
My 2011 JK Rubi has thrown these two codes. I do have a set of Ripp headers and MBRP exhaust. I talked to the local dealership (Faricy) and the mechanic (service tech) said he thinks it's just the result of having the aftermarket headers and exhaust.
Can anyone chime in with this experience?

This doesn't seem to be common to JKs that have headers.
When the dealer came to the conclusion it was due to your headers, had they performed any troubleshooting of the O2 circuits?
Are there any other codes present?
Both codes can be set from problems with either upstream or downstream O2 sensors.
The fact that you have both codes, (Bank 1 and Bank 2), at the same time makes me think you may have a wiring problem, as both upstream O2 sensors share a common signal power source wire, and both downstream O2 sensors share a common signal power source wire.
P0420-CATALYST EFFICIENCY (BANK 1) (P0430 is same thing, but bank 2)

Thanks for the response, I'll take it back and have them do an actual diagnostic, which I think is $130, but at least I can get a confirmation and hopefully just a wiring a problem.

I would contact Ripp and see what they suggest. They may ask you to do a data log which can be done with your Diablo Tuner.
Are you running the Ripp Header tune that was on your Diablo Predator? Or did you just buy the headers an did not get the package with the tuner? If you did not get a tuner you need to.
Don't replace any sensors until yo talk to Ripp.
Edit: Just saw you have a 2011 so disregard all he tuner comments. Get with Ripp. There are a few people on this board with 2011s running these headers without any codes.

I just upgraded to some Longtubes by Pacesetter, having run shorties for about three years, just got the exhaust tied in this morning and tonight I have both codes... Darnit!
Found this thread hoping to garner some good insight and fell off the cliff left by the OP...
I have the same exhaust system and I'm getting the same errors. I have had to tighten up the flange behind the converter several times now. I use my programmer and just reset the codes but as soon as the flange comes lose again the light returns. It's start off as long as a couple of months sometimes.
