Default P0456 exasperation

P0456 has haunted me too long! A year of forum reading, back and forth with RIPP Super Chargers and the dealer... Maybe we can crowd source a solution here?

Thumbnail sketch - 07 JKU 66,000 miles.

Rule out the Super charger. It's no longer tied to the evap system for vacuum. It now pulls off the brake line. Kudos to Ripp for their patience.

Smoke tested evap system twice. Nothing.

Visually inspected I don't know how many times.

Gas fill tube issue replaced per Jeep bulletin.

Sniff test for gas leaks around tank.

Service guy at dealership is in my corner. Gone the extra mile for me more times than I can count.

Whatever suggestion you have, I'm open. Except drive it that way forever. Ignored, it ends up compromising performance. That's simply not okay.

Thanks in advance to all!

I had that code and it was the small line that's near the front side of the battery. It chafed on the cap that covers the side terminals on the battery. It was so small I looked past it a couple times.

What year is your ride? Have 07 myself and may check there for my recently acquired code. At this time thinking fuel cap seal.

Has your dealer performed the EVAP bay test and what was the result?

Had this code for a while and drove me nuts. Check your evap canister connections and the EISM to be sure it is not damaged. My leak ended up one of the lines to the actual gas tank that threw this code. Gas tank replaced and good to go. Good luck with your diagnosis.
