Default Painting hardtop hardware.

Planning on painting my hardtop black once the weather warms up a bit, but had a strange thought. Once I paint the inside of the top black, I'm thinking it might be neat if I somehow painted the hardware for the freedom tops red. What do you guys think? I've already painted (albeit not the nicest) the centre console and the gauges red. I think it will be pretty neat, also has anybody else tried this? Is it worth it?

Did you use any type of adhesion promoter or just the paint for plastic? And how does it hold up against scratching or pealing off?

I'm thinking about doing mine

I would be interested in hearing the same about how you painted it Rico. I'm assuming you did the freedom panels too?
