This stuff is all you need , don't get close and do light coats if you can find something to try it on do that first

Can't you just buy a second set of lenses and that way you can have two sets. One that's tinted and when you get the fix it ticket just quickly swap out the tinted lens for the regular one. That would seem easier and quicker than trying to peel off the plasti dip and then respraying it.
