If you want a simple bumper then look into the expedition one (if you can find one used....they're overpriced from the start). Another option is metalcloak- they sell just a little base "bumper". I went with GenRight, but have plans for a winch down the road.

I went with the expedition one and really like it. Simple design, wings/light brackets come off for a stubby if needed, and is light weight

I like this simple front bumper. It has to weight less than the stock. Just want to make sure you can get a skid on it.

The only experience I have with Pavement Ends is their emergency top. From that experience I can say I would never buy another product from them personally. I truly hope they put a bit more effort into their bumpers. If you are looking at a basic or cheaper bumper there are a few good brands that sell stubbies. There is also one ebay company that seems to have really hit it off on the forum here, dont have the name off hand, you would need to search, sorry.
