they advertise that it can give you 50 HP and 3-6MPG

and it is only 39.99$

I think its nonsense

did anybody hear about or use these chips ?

Even with the best programmers/chips on the market you're lucky if they can give a tune that produces a 5-10hp gain. So you are right in your assumpting that it is utter nonsense.

yes, key word is "it can". that is if your runnin' 1000hp you could see 1050hp so our jeeps are around 140-150 at the wheels so expect to go from 150 to 155hp. and for that price it sounds like its a resistor that changes the coolant temp reading so the computer adds more fuel. buy one and the computer won't be the only one fooled.
