Pi$$ed with Quadrarec & Terfelex
I was told by Terflex my S/T Swaybar System would ship to Quadratec last week, called Quadratec yesterday no Disco's, then called Teraflex and now they tell me they might ship in April or longer. That's it, I will cancel my order with quadratec Monday(just unacceptable). My question to anyone, I've looked a JKS, Superlift, Skyjacker, and a few more that carry Quick Disco's, I know some of you guy's get Disco's with your lift kit's. I was wondering if anyone of you know who is selling the Disco's separately yet for the JK. Any help will be appreciated.

Quit wasting your time and make your own. You will need a drill press (if you don't have one you can use a drill and a vise), a hack saw, two sections of tube that has an ID close to the OD of the current swaybar links, and four pins. Cut the middle section of your swaybar links out, leaving 2.5" of metal rod from the eyelet. Mark and drill a hole through the ends of the tubing so that when you slide it over the old links, you can then mark a spot and have enough material to drill through. Drill the end links so that the pins you purchased will fit tightly. Now you have some endlinks, end of story.
This is how the TJs worked, I haven't even crawled under my JK yet so it might not be the same, but I would have to think they are similar.

Definitely will, infact going out now to mic the links...the way these sound, they work by pulling the 2 pins out & just slip the piece of tubing either up or down, then remove it (you are disco'ed)
If you get the OD of the sway bar links, I can help you out with the tubing if you are having trouble finding the right size. I won't be able to look until monday on that though, but I could ship it then if you want. As for the pins, you should be able to find them all over the place. TSC would be your best bet, but Lowes or ACE should have them too.
Even easier way! http://www.4x4xplor.com/homediscos.html
Just check them from time to time for wear, with either set up.
Here is a cool way to keep them out of the way when they are unhooked.
Its just a blast playing with these Jeeps, isn't it. Makes you fell like FREAKIN McGYVER! Let us know how it turns out!
