Default Pinch seam

What's the best method for this? Is it better to cut it or bend it over?

I cut the rubi rails with a die grinder then painted them drilled a new hole to mount the caps back on. All in all it took a few hours including allowing the paint to dry a little.

This, same here!

But, it takes a little longer than five minutes if you clean it all up nicely...
