Default Pinch Seem Filler

Besides cutting a piece of sheet metal to weld up to cover the hole created after trimming the pinch seam, what other viable options are there? Epoxy, bondo, etc.? I assume this is gonna come down to personal preference

Body shops use a product called" Seam Dealer" My local NAPA sells the 3M version. Once dry, you can paint it.

Hope that helps.

I used Black RTV. Seems to be working well, and it was pretty easy. I just filled it with rtv and took my finger and smoothed it, Perfect. First I filed and painted raw metal. Their are probably better options, but what I did is easy plus I had the RTV.

Default Great Stuff

I just bought a can of that expanding, insulating foam called "Great Stuff". You can get it anywhere, Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, WalMart. Spray just a little at a time, let it expand out, once the foam has dried just sand it to the shape you want and then spray paint it to match. If it paint chips or foam breaks off, repeat original process.
