Default Pinion angle

Got my new driveshaft and rear end in and I am getting bad vibrations now at speeds 55 +
Is it my pinion angle that's causing the problem?

yes, its your pinion angle thats causing driveline viberations.

I would suggest a set of Currie upper control arms

From what I remember the pinion angle should be -1 to -2 deg. from what the driveshaft is. So if your driveshaft is at 23 deg. your pinion angle should be at 21 or 22 deg. From the looks of the pic it's way off.

Pinion and driveshaft angles should be the same.

Your pinion is to high. You need to lower it down and to do that you will need adjustable control arms.

You want your pinion angle roughly 1 or 2 degrees below your driveshaft angle.

Default pinion angle

Thanks for the advice guys. Any thoughts on the Rock Krawler rear upper control arms? I like the idea of being able to adjust from both ends. And is it advisable to do both the upper and lower control arms?

I have Rockkrawler uppers and lowers. Allowed me better adjustment. The way it was explained to me is like this. If you just adjust from the bottom it will pull you axle closer to the back of the wheel well. Same if you just used uppers. Would push you axle further out. By using both it keeps it centered.
