Default Pitman arm neutral/ normal location

When your steering wheel and wheels are aligned properly should the pitman arm be pointing parallel with the jeep. I replaced my tie rod and draglink ends today and I think I may have my steering wheel off 180 degrees. My pitman arm is pointing a lot to my drivers side.

To be totally sure set your wheel to straight ahead. Then cut it full lock one way and count the number of turns it takes. Then set it straight again and cut it full lock the other way. Count the turns again. It should be the same both ways.
