I was thinking about painting my quarter panel, directly under the hard top and above the flare, but didn't know what it would look like. Now I know and I think it looks pretty sick. Might do some plasti dipping today haha

Looks good. I'm planning to plastidip my wheels. Any tips for me? Thanks in advanced.

Make sure you clean the wheels with 70% rubbing alcohol and get them SUPER clean. It's all in the prep.

Use 3x5 index cards in between the tire and the wheel to protect the tire from over spray. It's hit and miss with being able to peel over plastidip on your tires. If your tires have dressing on them, it'll peel pretty easy. If not, it will be more difficult. Again, prep it right the first time.

You'll want to do 4-5 coats - the first coat being just a base coat (you don't need to cover every non painted area).

I highly suggest looking at videos that dipyourcar.com has published, since you'll be able to see the painting technique.

also check out the different nozzle dipyourcar sells.
It sprays much more evenly, and costs under $2 i think

Default durable?

I'm looking to do this mostly for a durability thing.

I love 'wheelin, but hate scratches from trees / brush here in PA... we don't have the wide open 'wheeling of out west....

will this prevent most scratches?
