Default Plastic Push-On Retainers for Plastic Trim

Hi Everyone,

I have been working on mods inside my JK and have mangled a few of the push-on plastic retainers that hold the trim to the body steel in various locations.

There are several different types, and at least two colors (black and white).

I am interested in buying some to replace those that I have mangled too bad to reuse, and also to have as spares. I imagine that I can get them from MOPAR; but, I am skeptical about their price.

Has anyone found another supplier for these? They can't cost more than 10 cents to make... so it would be great to find a reasonable source.

Thanks

Jeff

The parts guy at my dealer has no idea what I'm talking about when I asked him for some. I could use a few of these myself.

I found some in a blister pack at Advance Auto Patrs. They have them in assorted sizes.

I mangled some up removing the trim for the tub getting sprayed, especially on the base of the B-Pillar that covers the front seatbelt retainers. I went to the dealership with one in hand to see if they could get them. The parts guy didn't have any on hand, but I ordered some at an amazing price of $.25/ea, sold in a pack of 8, so I spent an amazing $2.

I also had to buy a new sunvisor for the passengerside--DON'T TAKE THE VISOR OFF THE FREAKIN POST---it's all one piece and they're like $58 to replace.

Check out this place I ordered my fender clips from them 25 for 13.00 and they are heavy duty. I am sure they will have what you need at a great price
