SOUNDS LIKE A CASE OF THE DEATH WOBBLE..... Time to replace your ball joints.

your ball joints will wear out over time and cause a shimmy in the front end when you hit bumps (DEATH WOBBLE) im guessing you upgraded to larger wheels and tires and the extra weight of thoes is what is causing you to have the shimmy now

being that you recently had your lift installed, i would double check your front track bar to make sure that the bolts are tightend to 125 ft lbs of torque. if they're good, have your ball joints checked to see if they are worn out.

why? if your suspension is dialed in, you don't even need a steering stabilizer. installing a heavy duty steering stabilizer is at best a band aid that masks or hides the real problems you might be having with your jeep. i would strongly NOT recommend this.

How much is an average to have your ball joints replaced?
