Im running 35s and 3.21s on my 13 2dr. It is a bit more sluggish but get a procal, recalibrate for bigger tires and youll be fine. Personally ive been looking for rubicon take off front and rear d44s so i get 410 gears and lockers. I think this would be a nicely balanced set up for a 3.6l and 35s. Not searching super aggressively because my current set up isnt as bad everybody claims it is. Off road, drop it in 4low and tear it up boss.

I ran the 315/70/17 Duratracs with 2.5" of lift on my 2013, with 4.5" back space wheels. Only spot that rubbed was just slightly on the air dam under the front bumper. It's hit or miss with that. They're ugly and it's a good reason to take it off. Assuming you have the correct bump stop, you won't have rubbing issues.
