Question Poison Spyder????

Can someone please elaborate for me what exactly in the pictures on Poison Spyder's website what is the Rocker Knocker alone and then what is the slider part??? I can distinguish the body armor, but am confused to what exactly the other components are. Thanks.

Also if anyone out there has these can you please post some pics?

I am not sure that anyone has any of the PSC stuff yet. You may be better to ask PSC directly.

I did contact them directly...they have not yet gotten back to me. I am just confused to the difference between the rockerknocker alone and the rockerknocker with the slider...they are on poison spyder's site as well as
4wd.com's however neither one gives a good explanation.

I believe the slider asscociated with the Rocker Knockers is the plate(with several holes) that attaches between the upper and lower rails. It appears to be removable. I have them on order, I believe I was one of the first and they have not been shipped out yet. I'll post picture when that day arrives.

Not to make you guys jealous or anything but, I won a FREE pair of Rocker Knockers w/o sliders through a local promotion and picked them up today.

The Rocker Knockers w/o sliders resemble the stock Rubicon rock rails, only in single tube fashion and a lot beefier. The sliders are a weld-on option which will give you the double bar coverage + the plate, I believe.

I will post pics of mine after I attempt to install them this weekend, hopefully.

Poison Spyder is a class organization. Their manufacturing facilties are top notch. Clifton, the owner, brought me back into the shop and showed me how to install them, personally. These guys ROCK! No pun intended.

thanks for clarifying Littlejon, I hadn't seen that first picture of the 2 door before.

Anyway, just got off the phone with PSC and might see shipping end of March for the JK stuff(For those of us not given free promotional stuff)

Hey MELONHEAD:

Did this installation require any drilling? I'm looking to purchase the rocker knoker with the slider and I was wondering how tough a job it would be...

...any thoughts?

Also, is ANYONE receiving these items yet? Are they being sent out for distribution? When's product ETA?
