Installed my Poison Spyder hood louvers today. Love it more than I expected. Attachment 561046 Had to drill a bunch of 1" holes for the corners of the openings. Attachment 561047 Cut holes It was a bit nerve racking. Attachment 561048 Attachment 561049 Attachment 561050 Attachment 561051 Overall I love it better than I expected I would! I debated purchasing one of the many heat reduction hoods on the market now. I attended the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab and made sure I looked at all of them that are on the market (yes- there was so many jeeps I did end up seeing every one I wanted too - plus a few more). After seeing all of them in person, I felt the Poison Spyder was by far the best (and most economical) option. I just could not see spending the premium for a full hood when these look so cool. I figured if I trashed my hood during the install, I would replace it but the install was fairly easy.

Looks very cool. I've been "threatening" to buy one of these for about a year. I have to pull the trigger one day, they look killer.
