I have the JE Reel 1310s on my rubi. They have been pretty good. I busted a U joint in the back one though and then it broke the yoke coming out of the transfer case and bent the CV. Then some mexican dude removed the CV and welded it back together with an extra piece to make it longer. Finally (after driving it for 2.5 months) i got it fixed. THe driveline service was able to shorten it and put a new CV on no problem. Its now rebalanced and set to go.

Dealing with JE Reel personally, they are very knowledgeable and helpful and produce a quality product. They ship things in a prompt and timely manner. However, they do not know how to use email very well.

It will come down to quality of materials and customer service.

Personally, I think there is no service better than Tom Woods' in any industry. Easy to work with before and after the sale and his support if you ever run into a problem is extraordinary. I've heard that JEReel offers good service too but have not dealt with them personally. Lastly.....reputation and time in business should count for something in your decision making.

PS....I'm in Colorado Springs...if you ever want to see my Woody.LOL
How long did it take for you to get your Wood? Since they are custom built.

I voted Woods, had a rear CV shaft on my TJ and well built, fast delivery and very good customer service. Nothing like working with the best and them treating you like you're their only customer.

Yea I'll be in the market eventually, but I think I'm either going with a Woods or Rubicon Express.

The answer really depends on what level of trail you plan to run? If you
re a weekend warrior and plan to do fun, medium level trails, then you don't need to spend the extra $$$$ for Tom Woods Custom Drive Shafts, pretty much everything on your list is perfect. If you're planning to do the insand - beat on your JK 'til it cries out, then you want to invest the extra cash and go with Tom Woods.

I've seen Rubicon Express shfts in action and they do take a beating. I've seen REEL in action and they take a beating.
