I will just say this and not trying to offend anyone who has bought either. I just purchased this bumper. It has not arrived yet but will any day. I had every intention of buying the tube style gusset by someone who sells a large quantity of these bumpers.

I am just relaying comments made to me so keep that in mind. I was asked if I had personally seen this bumper. I have not seen it with the tube style gussets. Only pictures. I was told several people that buy the tube style end up not liking it. The complaint is that the tube gussets are to small in diameter. This person did not care which I ordered but wanted to warn me of peoples complaints.

Everyone I know has the plate style. If you have never seen the bumper with the tube style gusset I would recommend looking at one in person before the purchase. That is what was recommended to me.

I love this bumper but wanted to throw this out there.

Fantastic info. Thanks for sending it along. I've never seen this bumper in person but have always loved it. I had always thought of getting the plate gussets but came across the tube gussets the other day when looking through the PSC site.. Thanks for the info. Very much appreciated.

Man this bumper is growing on me the more and more I see it.

What are most folks doing to paint theirs? Just a rattle can or what?

Do it right and go get a powder coat if you dont wheel alot, or rhino line ( or another brand to your preference ) for easy touch up and durability
