Default Poping noise

nice I put on the TeraFlex 2.5" coil lift and synergy drag link I can't get rid of a popping noise when making a right turn. My toe is right on. Yesterday I loosened all front suspension bolts and shook the jeep. Then retorqued all bolts. This made the noise worse. Last week I did the back end. 2010 jku with 70 k. Any ideas?

Can you provide us with a picture of the "popping" area?

With a help of a friend we isolated the noise to the drivers side rear. Crawled under and I believe this is it. Now what do I do? Checked instructions and the track bar bracket seems to be installed collectrly. Wondering if I have a bad bracket?

The picture is the track bar bracket and spring. Drivers side rear. The instructions call for the bolt to go the other way. I reversed it so the nut was not towards the spring. Still getting the sound.

If springs are curved you need spring wedges. Just installed on mine due to TB rubbing.

Where did you get them? Do you have a picture of them installed.

Sometimes, the rear springs need to be reindexed to reduce bowing.

Bowing typically isn't a problem with a 2.5" lift.

Loosen the control arm bolts, loosen the axle side trackbar bolt and remove the axle side bolt, remove the lower shock bolts, remove the lower swaybar bolts, and then droop out the suspension enough so that the rear springs are loose enough so that you can reindex them 90 or 180 degrees.

Then, put the full weight of the vehicle back on the ground, reinstall the removed bolts, and torque all bolts to spec.

No pic of installed...can't really see them good. They go at bottom of spring with high side towards the back. You can still use the TF hold down bracket.

Also, give us a wider angle view of the bracket and of each rear spring.
