Default Poppin and shakin

So I just put a 2.5" coil spring lift from Teraflex, I'm pretty sure that everything was installed properly but when I drive down the road it feels like a tires out of balance, I just had them balanced. Also, when I flex even just a little I keep hearing this poppin noise. I'm not the best at troubleshooting so any ideas would be great

Make sure the trackbar is tightened to 125ft/lbs. My Cherokee did the same thing, after tightening the trackbar it went away.

I over tightened my trackbar at first as well, since I didn't have a torque wrench with me. I had a very unstable ride to say the least. All problems went away when I torqued everything down to spec the next day. So there's a good chance it may be your problem.

Check the sway-bar links to see if you have a loose one, that could be the popping noise.

Make sure your coils are seated correctly. I just posted in another thread (where a guys coil actually popped out!) that when I first thought my coil was seated well, I jerked on it and it suddenly seated deeper into the well. The creaking may be some of that too.
