I don't think that is it. But u never know. But I am planning on changing the fluid out in it Monday anyway so I will be sure to let u guys know.
I noticed on my way home this morning. That it only really does it when I'm going slow and over bumps. I put it in 4lo and hi when I got home and it didn't do it. But I don't go over any bumps

I'm trying to track down my own popping sound right now. Took the Jeep out wheeling for first time yesterday since the new RK lift (had bb in before) and I would get a loud pop or snapping sound from front driver side once in a while. Only seemed to to do it when I had a decent amount of flex going on. Never heard the sound before until yesterday and I disconnected. Looked all over for anything that looked out of place and found nothing. Thinking it may be the coil popping, but maybe pre-load in the trackbar or lower control arms since all of that was replaced?...
Coils - have you check to make sure your coils are seated properly top and bottom? if they aren't , they'll pop.
look at the sway bar links, make sure they are on the corect side of the axle mount to sway bar if they aren't they will bind. last, I trimmed a couple of the bolts that I noticed after lifting where I was concerned they might catch the solid breake lines on articulation. more ideas to check out
