Maybe whoever installed it placed something incorrectly. I would have it checked out my friend. I have the same lift and stock tires and wheels for 10000km and no popping sounds.

Somethiing is loose. I would start with the front uppper shock bolts.

Are you feeling the pop in the steering wheel, such as a slight resistance while turning?

I'm leaning towards the axle U Joints as well, although I'd check out the steering box.

im not feeling it in the steering wheel, i took it back to the shop and they said it was the tie rod moving back and forth? not sure about that but it only happens when your turning at low speeds

do you have sway bar disconnects? Mine pop at low speeds when I turn tight and the Jeep leans.

Re-torque the trackbar to 125 lbs. Check the top shock nuts. Do you hear the sound when you hit a dip/bump in the road?

I had the same problem. I had my dad turn the wheel back and forth and saw that the passenger side spring was not seated right in the perches.
