Default popping in reverse?

So today when going in reverse with wheel turned to the passenger side I got a pop that I could hear & feel in the steering wheel. It only does it when I have the steering wheel turned to the passenger side & it will only pop up once then it stops. I got out & looked couldn't see anything it sounds like its coming from the axel but I can't really tell. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this might be?

A little about my jeep I have 3.73 gears 315/70/17 Mickey Thompson tires & a 4" mopar lift body armor front bumper & jks quick discos could any of this be causing it
