Default Popular exhaust systems for the JK

Hey guys. I'm thinking about getting a decent aftermarket exhaust system for a bit of added power and of course to make my Jeep's engine sound beefier.

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or opinions on certain products. I'd prefer dual exhaust in the 300-400 price range.

Lots of views and no replies, should have made the title "Popular exhaust systems for the JK?" :P

Well how about the people who have had some exhaust work done. What'd you get? Do you like it?

After some searching I think i'm going to go to Midas and see what they can do for me in terms of Flowmaster.

Saw a couple of threads praising the 40 series for sound and performance and this way I can buy parts + labor locally.

If you have a 2-door, you're in a situation where good exhaust systems are pretty scarce. In any case, stay AWAY from the Gibson dual exhaust muffler. This is by far the worst piece of equipment you could possibly buy. It actually gives you a drop in performance. Trust me, mine is still lying around in the garage in its box.

BTW, is anyone interested in buying a NIB Gibson dual exhaust muffler ???

go to flowmaster.com and they have sound clips for all the series they sell. The 40 is a low tone nice rumble and not obnoxious.
