Default Portable Air Compressor suggestions

I I hope this is not in the wrong section if so I am sorry.. I am starting to gather up some off road gear and III was looking for real life experience on portable air compressors... I currently run 33 x 12.5 I don't want to wait for 45 minutes to air up my tires after wheeling so if anyone can give some advise I would be grateful, I did a search but did not come up with much thanks

I'm using a Viair 88p. Paid 70 shipped for it. Fills up my 35s rather quickly, last time I timed it filled a tire from 15 psi to 30psi in just under 2 minutes. Not too shabby for a little compressor I think. Build quality is top notch on it and it seems Viair stands behind their products.

I have the Viair400 and give it 2 thumbs up. Actually impressed at how quickly it fills up the tires. Never have sat and timed it but from 20psi to 37psi probably takes under 2 minutes per tire.

CO2 is way faster and much more versatile. There's a new company named Instant Air that has some really good pricing. Makes it cost competitive with compressors.

Another vote for Co2. The ability to run power tools on the trail, reseat a tire on the trail, and be portable while filling a tire in 30 seconds are all major pluses.

I have a Viair 400 mounted to my tailgate - works well, about 2-2.5 minutes from 12-28 PSI (the cold weather around here makes it feel much much longer!). So, I've now got a PowerTank, takes a fraction of the time, and as said above, the use of air tools is a huge plus! My 10lb tank cost $12 to fill.

We carry both in stock - feel free to PM me any time for pricing / options!!

That's the one I use and it's been great for me the last 4 years!! Referring to the video I sure hope you don't air up to 50 PSI that's ridiculous!!!
