Is it possible to chop stock flares to get THIS look ?

99% sure you can and those might even be stock and cut

Those appear to be stock fenders with the front fenders cut straight across in the front, and the rear fenders cut straight across in the rear. Would be an easy mod

You could chop them to get that look, but those fenders are Mopar's creation and aren't sold to consumers. The closest look to that would be the TrailMods Removable Fenders - which I'm actually quite a big fan of.

I just went out with a straight edge and held it up to my front fender. If you were to cut straight across toward the front (like the OP's pics), you will run into the fender marker light. Maybe there was some patching or body filler used. Does someone/company make fenders without marker lights?

While I like the concept I do not like how wide the outers are on the TrailMods. If they were the same width as the factory flares I would have ordered a set a long time ago. I understand with a wider tire and respective state laws for some it works. But, I like the 2" my tires stick out and don't want the dumbo look. Hopefully they will offer some options in the future.

I noticed that as well. Looks like you would have to delete or relocate the side maker to the fender well.
