Possible Jeep Build and Questions

Long time jk forum lurker, this is one of my few posts
So I'm looking into building my 13 JKU sport. Here are my rough thoughts:
2.5 suspension lift with shock extensions.
Daystar or MORE 1.25 body lift.
Rubicon shocks (picked up cheap).
37X12.50R17 MT on aftermarket rims.
Bushwacker pocket flares or Xenon Flats.
(I need more tire coverage just in case of state inspection laws)
C bidders
Possibly sleeves.
4.56 gears?
E locker in the rear.
Teraflex hinged carrier
I also plan on keeping my stock rims and tires and a winter set, has anyone done this?
That's the ultimate goal...might be one step at a time until then though. Thoughts??

Forgot some extra info:
I don't see any major flexing offroad. Most of what I run is old trails out past end of property or up and down some mountain trails. I could use some more undercarriage clearance and better tires plus over always desired the lift.
